RETURNS AND POLICIES
We want to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase! Make sure to look over your order as soon as you've received it. If there are any issues please contact us within 3 days of receiving and we will do our best to resolve it.
If it's an item return, buyer assumes shipping cost and is offered refund or exchange once we've received it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of item being delivered.
In the event where we have made a mistake or items are damaged, we ask for photos of the items, packaging with invoice and we will be in contact with you to resolve the situation promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship to the address EXACTLY as entered at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders in the case of an address entered incorrectly not updated or if a package was stollen after delivery.
